    About Brandson Brandson, ID no. 6508160640, located at Breiðahvarfi 8, 203 Kópavogur, offers comfortable and high-quality clothing for sale.

    PRICE / CURRENCY The price of a product is the price listed on the website. When Brandson offers a product at a discount or promotion, Brandson always displays the promotional price along with information about the original price. Sometimes the offer requires the use of a discount code, and Brandson issues discount codes for both general promotions and in connection with the loyalty club. When a customer uses a discount code, the discounted price of the product appears in the shopping cart. Value added tax is always included in the price, and prices are quoted in Icelandic krona.

    SHIPPING COSTS Brandson does not charge for home delivery of orders that amount to ISK 16,000 or higher. The fee depends on the chosen shipping option. Information about the cost of home delivery can be found on the product page under the "sent and collected" tab. The cost of home delivery is added at the final stages of the order.

    PAYMENT METHODS Payments can be made with credit cards, Aur, Netgíró, or Pei.

    PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURITY Brandson uses a secure payment method. Your card number details are encrypted, and transactions occur in a protected area inaccessible to unauthorized parties. Brandson does not store card numbers.

    DELIVERY / DELIVERY TIME Brandson cares about delivering your product as quickly as possible.

    It usually takes us only one day to process an order. However, during peak times, delivery can be delayed and take up to three (3) business days. If we foresee any delays, we will let you know immediately. We collaborate with several carriers, specifically Dropp and Íslandspóst. Before you complete your purchase, you choose how you want the product delivered.

    If you place an order before 1:00 PM on a business day, we will deliver your product to the carrier by 3:00 PM the same day. If you have chosen to have the product delivered to a Dropp location or an Íslandspóst postbox, and the delivery location is within the greater capital area, the product is usually accessible at the delivery location later that same day. Otherwise, you can usually expect the product to arrive at the delivery location within three (3) business days from when the order was placed.

    If you place an order after 1:00 PM, it is generally delivered to you by 3:00 PM the next business day or made accessible later the same day at Dropp locations or Íslandspóst postboxes in the greater capital area. If you have chosen a different delivery method or are located outside the greater capital area, you can expect the product to be accessible within three (3) business days.

    We generally do not dispatch products to carriers except on business days, but if a special situation arises, you can contact Brandson by email or through our web chat, and we will see if we can assist.

    ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION Once you have confirmed and completed an order, a sales contract is formed according to the Consumer Contracts Act no. 16/2016. You may cancel such a contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the completion of the purchase. If you wish to cancel the purchase for any reason, you must notify us at brandson@brandson.is clearly stating that you have decided to exercise your right to cancel the purchase. If we have not yet delivered the product to the carrier, we will refund the product to the payment method used for the purchase. If the product has been delivered to the carrier, you must return it to Brandson, Breiðahvarfi 8, 203 Reykjavík. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition, including all original tags, as it was upon delivery. You will need to pay for the return shipping cost, and the shipping cost paid at the time of the order will not be refunded. Once we have received the product and confirmed that it is in good condition, we will refund you without delay.

    If you decide to change the order, swap products, add, or reduce items, we will do everything we can to accommodate your requests, i.e., if the product has not been delivered when you contact us.

    RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCT Brandson is committed to providing you with quality products. However, it is always possible that a product may be defective. If this happens, you must let us know as soon as you are aware of the defect and no later than two months after you discovered the defect or should have been able to detect the defect. The statutory period for requesting rectification for a defective product is five (5) years from the delivery of the product. Unfortunately, if you are not using the product or the defect was not discovered for other reasons within this period, we cannot do anything for you. However, if you inform us of a defect in a product that cannot be attributed to an accident, abnormal use, general wear, age, storage, or other reasons, we will either deliver a defect-free product or refund you, whichever you prefer. The refund will be based on the amount you paid for the product.

    Your right to have a defect rectified is limited by law no. 48/2003 on consumer purchases.

    RETURNS OR EXCHANGES Brandson understands that there is a greater likelihood of needing to return or exchange a product bought online than one that could be inspected and tried on before purchase. We therefore point out our size chart and review system, which are often good aids when choosing sizes.

    Brandson is very flexible in allowing returns and exchanges if a product does not suit. You can return a product within 30 days of delivery if it is still unused and in the same condition as when you received it, i.e., not more worn than what can be expected after fitting. You also need to show us the sales receipt you received when you bought the product. If the product meets the condition requirements, it is natural to exchange or receive a refund.

    If you have requested a refund for the product, we will send you an email once we have received the product and examined it. We will also let you know whether the product is in a condition that allows for it to be returned. If the product is fit to be returned, we will refund you the value of the product through the payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. If we reject the return or exchange, you can either request that we send you the product, and you will pay for the shipping costs according to the tariff, or you can collect it from us.

    RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS Unfortunately, we do not refund products purchased during warehouse sales, clearance sales, or through the outlet unless the product is defective or you have decided to cancel the purchase within two weeks. However, Brandson is very flexible if you want to exchange a product or issue a credit note provided you contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase.


    Brandson maintains confidentiality regarding all information you provide in connection with your transactions. Information is stored securely and in compliance with the requirements of Act no. 90/2018 on data protection and processing of personal data. Information is only used to the extent necessary to conduct transactions. If you have agreed that your information was recorded on Brandson's mailing list, your email address and other connection information are recorded in the customer system. Brandson uses information on the mailing list only for the purpose of communicating with you and other customers, e.g., to announce news or offers. You can always revoke your consent for registration on the mailing list, and your information will then be deleted promptly. Brandson never shares information from its customer system with third parties.
