HOW LONG IS THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME? Usually, it takes one day to process an order, but during peak times, it may take 1-3 days to process orders.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME? Several delivery methods are available. If ordered before 1 PM, we can deliver later the same day if an appropriate delivery method is selected, such as home delivery with Dropp or delivery points throughout the capital area.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER? Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to change or cancel it due to our workload, but please send a message to brandson@brandson.is and we will do our very best to accommodate your request, whether you want to change or cancel the order.
IS DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS? We can deliver on Saturdays if requested. Also, if you wish to have delivery at a different time than specified in your order, please send us a message, either through your order or at our email address brandson@brandson.is.
WHAT DELIVERY METHODS ARE AVAILABLE? You can choose between pickup or home delivery. We deliver to your home with Dropp or the Post Office. We offer several ways for you to access your order near you. These include Dropp delivery points, Postboxes, Carrier stations, or other types of pickup stations.
HOME DELIVERY 1-2 days in the capital area. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 5 PM - 10 PM. Someone must be present to receive the delivery. RURAL DELIVERY Carrier: We ship with a carrier and deliveries are made to carrier stations, Post Office: We ship to the nearest post office, Postbox with the Post Office. PICKUP Other delivery points around the country are also available for selection when you finalize your order. If you order before 1 PM, your order is ready for delivery after 3 PM the same day. If you order after 1 PM, your order is ready for delivery after 3 PM the next day.
