    Have your order number with you when you return or exchange items so we can trace the order and find out who is sending it, etc. If you have any questions, please send them to brandson@brandson.is.

    Return Policy

    We are more than ready to accept returns and exchanges for products purchased within 30 days of the order being sent. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    We will accept a product if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging and with tags.

    We reserve the right to refuse to accept a product if it shows signs of use or does not meet the requirements we have set above. We ask that you be careful when trying on products. A product that has been stained with makeup or deodorant is considered damaged and will not be accepted.

    Products that are on outlet or warehouse sale are considered final sale and can only be exchanged for items in the same category, i.e., warehouse or outlet items.

    To return or exchange an item, a receipt must be shown. Brandson does not pay for shipping for returned or exchanged items.

     

    REFUNDS When the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the product. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

    IF THE REFUND HAS NOT ARRIVED If the refund has not arrived after a few days, please check your bank account again.

    Also, contact your credit card company, as it may take some days before the refund appears on your statement.

    SALES ITEMS Only the price paid for the product at the time of purchase can be refunded.

    Shipping costs are not refunded.

    Where can you return or exchange? DROPP

    Here you can register the shipment from you to us with Dropp. You register the shipment at Dropp, print out a label which you place on the package, and take it to the nearest Dropp delivery point.

    Register returns or exchanges

    SENT You can send us the item you wish to exchange by mail; just include all information so we know what to do and where to send.

    NOTE that the product must be in its original condition, meaning it must not show any signs of wear and the tags and packaging must be the same as when the product was purchased.
